Welcome, and thanks for looking into who I am!

Introductions
Name’s Max. I’m a 22-year-old psychology student, writing the world’s most comprehensive longitudinal, qualitative and quantitative archive of a whole human existence (mine), all the way from my birth to my death.
I consider myself a highly creative and curious individual, always learning and experiencing new things, always working on some project, often highly obsessively.
I am quite eccentric, as many of you readers may already know. I love all that is novel; experiences, new strange foods, but especially new perspectives and ideas. I hope that you will learn something new from me too!

MS-Archive

My life’s work
The MS-Archive is my magnum opus, my life’s work, and ultimately my main contribution to humanity. So, what exactly is it?
The MS-Archive is a single document (OneNote), containing all the information I have ever learned, all the experiences I have ever gone through, and all measurements you could possibly conceive of.
The horde of quantitative and qualitative data that I am accumulating is something that I hope one day will be used in research, to further the understanding we have of human development, from birth to death. In a sense, it’s the most comprehensive case study in human history.
It contains my daily journal, a project which I have kept up, not missing a single day since December 2018. It contains both qualitative (text entries) and quantitative data from various measurements, sleep, exercise, nutrition, happiness, clinical personality tests, and a whole lot more, every single day. I have even post facto added everything I could possibly remember from the year I was born, all the way to the day I started daily journaling when I was 15. Not to mention information about my parents, their parents, and even their parents, encompassing my genetic and social ancestry.
It contains all the important information I have ever learned, be it from middle school, to uni and beyond. It contains notes from every book I’ve read, every course, every important video and insight. All of it.
I’ve sunk thousands and thousands of hours into the MS-Archive, and I’m only really touching on the very tip of the iceberg here. If you want to learn more about my project, you can read more about it here:

The World Stones

My Creative Project
TWS is my creative outlet, an entire world I’ve crafted from scratch for my fantasy book series; The World Stones. I’ve poured hundreds of hours into crafting every creature, every character, city, plant, economical system, kingdom, political belief system, historical event, and especially my very own unique magic system.
Everything in TWS follows logic and scientific principles, energy doesn’t come from nowhere, magic works through neurological mechanisms with ties to real world anatomy. There are no cheat codes, no deus ex machina. TWS is a reflection of how I imagine a real world might function, were magic and fantasy elements a tangible part of it.
The main trilogy follows Kiryu Ardoladd, a vicious Commander of the fire empire (Kaligo Empire). During a crucial siege, he’s flung over the city wall, plummeting into the raging river a hundred meters below. He’s presumed dead by both sides of the war. However, he washes ashore on an unknown beach, having completely lost his memory, and with it, his identity. He ends up finding the very first of the World Stones, the Stone of Life & Time, and joins the opposing side of the war, the Lumare Empire (water empire), forging a new identity for himself. Finding the stone however, unbeknownst set in motion the events leading humanity to the very brink of extinction.
To boil it down, it’s a story about the indomitable human spirit, about change and identity, about the complexities of human relationships, and obviously about sick fantasy battles.

My community drive
My YouTube channel is my way of building a community through self-improvement, of sharing the most important and valuable insights and experiences I have.
Self-improvement is a subject at the very core of who I am, the catalyst that got me started on the MS-Archive back in 2018, what led to an explosion of growth in my life, more in a single year than I had in the 10 years prior, dozens of mystical experiences from meditation and self-inquiry, success in relationships, studies, and a lot more.
On my YouTube Channel, I focus on the concept of Holistic Self-improvement, the idea of integrating every aspect of human life into one model of development.
Holistic Self-Improvement:
A field of Self-Improvement that integrates health (fitness, diet), psyche (motivation, emotions), social dynamics (relationships), and life purpose (career, hobbies, creative output) into a cohesive interconnected system of development, where each field is important and affects each other.
On top of sharing useful insights, theories, and concepts from self-improvement circles, videos, and books that I read, I also share various experiences that I have, be they mystical or mundane, and the lessons that I learn from them.

Psyche
Other than being eccentric, here’s a rundown of my mental space, core values and personality.
My core values:
- Curiosity/Learning/Creativity: new things, new information, novel experiences, new perspectives and ways of doing things, constantly learning and growing, that’s what life is all about.
- Altruism/Compassion: helping and seeking to understand others should be the norm, reducing suffering and increasing the wellbeing of others (and yourself) should be our priority on this planet.
- Honesty/Authenticity: Always be authentically yourself, do not lie, do not cheat. Be honest with yourself and others, despite consequences. A true friend is better than a hundred fake ones. Authenticity and uniqueness is what makes people shine, do not suppress your weirdness.
Mental Aspect
I believe honesty is a virtue, which is why I want to be honest about the baggage that I carry.
I have been clinically diagnosed with both ADHD and long-term, recurring depression. Both have been core issues that have shaped who I have become, and still affect me profoundly to this day.
But again, these aspects, while negative, are an important part of me; I would not be myself without them, without the difficulties and challenges that come with them. While the increased sensitivity has led to challenges upon challenges (even cPTSD), the sensitivity and eccentricness has also become my super power.
Personality
To boil down my personality, I am an openminded overworked perfectionistic introvert that loves helping people. I am quite odd, fascinated by the strange and different.
I love thinking, analyzing, and philosophizing about anything abstract; philosophy, emotions, esoteric spirituality, science, especially psychology and physics, all of it.
I’d like to think I am kind (at least I try to be), and that I have an impressive level of self-awareness/meta-cognition, but that’s not exactly something you can say about yourself.
More on my personality (diagnostic personality tests etc.) can be found in the MS-Archive!
Work & Hobbies
Learn about what I do in my spare time, my hobbies, and how I make a living.

Work
I do a mixture of different things to make my living. I do private tutoring from elementary to gymnasium level subjects (mostly math and physics), I substitute both elementary, middle school, and gymnasium. On top of that, I 3D print DnD miniatures and sell them on Tori.fi (a Finnish online marketplace).
As much as I’d like to be making a living doing YouTube or from my book, they are simply not yet at that level where they’d be monetizeable.
Hobbies
As you may have noticed, I love structure, knowledge, and new things. As such, I absolutely love trying new things. I’m always down to try new foods, experiences, or hobbies.
I frequently hyperfocus on different things, be they game design, drawing, writing, even 3D printing. I DM DnD in my spare time, though my hobby of simply 3D printing minis has taken over even more. Most of my hobbies directly reflect my love of creativity.
I used to play badminton competitively, but when the competitiveness overshadowed the feeling fun, I quit. I also used to do a lot of running, competing in half-marathons, but lack of practice made it stop. When I was younger, I used to play a lot of video games mostly strategy, sandbox, and base building (Arma 3, Rimworld, etc.), and watched a lot of anime too, but that has also shifted focus.
A consistent hobby of mine for the past nearly 10 years has been my digital journal, writing entries every day, noting down important information, tracking everything, and fine tuning the journal again and again to make it more and more efficient. Recently, creative writing and worldbuilding have also taken a big chunk of my free time. Those two things are probably my most important hobbies at the moment.
